Fans of Susan Wittig Albert’s cozy mystery series starring children’s author Beatrix Potter will be happy with The Tale of Oak Cake Crag (Berkeley, 9/7/2010), the seventh book in the series.   Beatrix is happily settled at Hill Top Farm in Near Sawrey, a small town in the Lake District.  But two problems are vexing her.  First,  a noisy hydroplane being tested over Lake Windemere.  Second,  her friend Grace Lythecoe is receiving anonymous threatening  letters.
